William S Howell, Sr age 79, went home to be with the Lord December 2, 2023.  He was born to the late Clarence and Rebecca Owens Howell on August 20, 1944 in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Home-going Celebration  10AM Friday, December 15, 2023 at New Faith Baptist Church, 955 Oak St., Columbus, Ohio.
