Wayne Franklin Morris

Wayne Franklin Morris, age 73, departed this life on October 17, 2022. He was the son of Henry and Evelyn Woody. The eldest of three children, Wayne attended Columbus Public Schools.  He was a avid bowler, loved fishing, and playing cards. He was a comical man who loved to joke. He was employed with Columbus Window Cleaning Company for 33 years.

He is preceded in death by grand parents, Curtis and Dorothy Morris; 4 aunts, and 4 uncles. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Henry and Evelyn Woody; son, Demea Morris; sister, Deborah Morris, and brother, Eric Woody. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Home-going Celebration 12PM Monday, October 24, 2022 in the Chapel of SMOOT FUNERAL SERVICES, 4019 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, Ohio.  Family will receive friends 11AM until time of service.  Interment, Evergreen Cemetery.  Marcia T Smoot, Director, 614-444-1463
