Stacy Marie Mann

Stacy Mann age 53, peacefully transitioned on January 18, 2024. Stacy was born on April 22, 1970 to William and Reba Mann Bell in Indianapolis Indiana.  She is preceded in death by her father, William Bell; grandmother, Mamie McCamey; sisters, Carmella Stanford and Daphne Roper.  Left to cherish her memory mother, Reba Bell; husband, Keith Foster; children, Brittaney Foster, Cierra Solis, and DeShaun Mann; grandchildren, Tijanae, Zaria, Honesty, Jay'Riyah, Amari, Cheralle, Majesty, Amyra, Anayah, Kam'ren, Anthony, Daylee, Lamarion and Jay'Siyah; brother, Sidney Bell Sr. special friend, Teresa McCarrel.
