Ronald Dean Bryant

Ronald "Dean" Bryant, 68 , of Columbus, OH, sadly left us on May 20th, 2024 due to a brief illness.

Dean was born Aug 18th 1955, the oldest of 7 boys to Willie and Lenora Bryant in Selma, AL.  He was baptized at Antioch Missionary Baptist  Church in 1972.  He graduated from Mc kinley High School 1973, in Canton, OH.  He loved baseball, basketball and football. His favorite football team was Ohio State. 

Ronald is proceeded in death by his father, Willie J Bryant Sr; brothers,  Will and Greg Bryant; sister-in- laws,  Celeste and Deborah Bryant; Aunt,  Jacqueline Higgins; Uncles Larry and Jimmie Barney and Henry Bryant; grandson Tyronn Brown. 

 He leaves to cherish his memory Mother, Lenora Bryant, 4 brothers Nate (Tresa) Bryant, Michael (Michelle) Bryant, Anthony (Danielle) Bryant, Curtis (Tonia) Bryant and Kunta Broadus; Children, Travis Hines, Shawntee Davidson, Ronald "Junior" Dean Drewry. A host of neices, nephews, grandchildren and friends who loved him dearly.  Good friends Rick Kindrix and Tone.

Services will be held 1PM Friday May 31, 2024 at Smoot Funeral Services, 4019 E Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43227.  Family will receive friends 12PM until time of service. Interment,

Glen Rest Estates, 8029 E Main St., Reynoldsburg, Ohio.  MLSmoot, Director.
