Mr. Robert T. Williams, Jr. "Charlie" was called home to eternal rest on April 14, 2023 at the age of 85 years old. Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, May 1, 2023 at 12 Noon in the chapel of Smoot Funeral Services 4019 E. Livingston Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43227. Family will receive friends from 11 am until time of service. Please keep the Williams' family in your prayers.
