Otis Reginal Smoot Jr., affectionately known as "Reggie", 65, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday September 29, 2025. Visitation is Saturday October 11, 2025, at12pm and Celebration of Life is to follow at 1pm. Services will be held at Second Baptist Church, 186 N 17th St. Columbus, Ohio 43203.
