Octavia Mae McClellan

Octavia Mae McClellan was born to the late William and Hattie Mae (Smith) Banner on July 7, 1945, in Urbancrest, Ohio. She peacefully made her transition from the comfortof her home on October 19, 2023.Octavia met and married Milus McClellan and together had four children, Robert A.McClellan, Marshie A. (Vincent) Skinner, Roy H. McClellan, III and Kenneth L.McClellan. Octavia worked at Federal Glass Company until the factory closed down in 1979. She then dedicated her life loving and supporting her family.
Octavia is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Laverne, Rhoda, Betty, and Herbert. Her son Roy H. McClellan, III and grandson Robert McClellan, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her children, Robert A. McClellan, Marshie (Vincent) Skinner and Kenneth L. McClellan. Siblings, Barbara Banner, Charles (Christina) Banner, Leroy (Daisy) Banner, Jerry (Lillie) Banner, Rama Banner and Bonnie (Troy) Ogle. Grandchildren Octavia, Octiana, Kelsey, Melissa, Shayla, Laveda,Kenneth (Ken). Great Grandchildren, Phillip, Noah, KayNeia, Jennifer, Zoey, Jasiah,Jase, Jariah, Carter, and MaKileigh.
