Latisha Yvette Williams

Latisha Yvette Williams, affectionally known as “Tish”, was born on June 19, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio to Mary and Edward Williams Sr.

 After serving many years in the medical industry, Tish retired as an STNA. She was a caring person and would do anything, for anyone. Tish was well known throughout her community. After her retirement, Tish was known for getting out, being social and never letting anything slow her down. She was the life of the party but would set you straight if she felt you were doing wrong.

Latisha Yvette Williams, age 65, was called home to be with the Lord on March 1, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Edward Williams Sr.; daughter, Meoshi Williams; and sister, Pamela Goudy Robinson.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory by her daughters, Mahogney (Eric)Harrison and Tiara Harrison; son, Antonio Harrison; brothers, Edward (Wendy) Williams, Jr., Keith (Deborah) Williams, Dewayne (LaTarsha) Williams and Wesley (Gloria) Goudy; grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Tish would not want people to be sad at her passing but to rejoice in knowing she has been made whole.  She will be missed by all those she has touched and those who were blessed to say they knew her. 

Home-going Celebration   2PM Friday, March 18, 2022 in the Chapel of SMOOT FUNERAL SERVICES, 4019 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, Ohio. Family will receive friends 1PM until time of service. ML Smoot, Director, 614-444-1463.
