Ka'Marcus Sowell-Butler

Ka'Marcus Sowell-Butler, age 17, passed away on April 16, 2026. Though his time on earth was far too short, Ka'Marcus touched the lives of many with his presence, leaving behind memories that will be cherished by family, friends, and all who knew him.

Ka'Marcus was a young man full of life, promise, and individuality. He will be remembered for his spirit, his impact on those around him, and the love he shared with his family and friends. His passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who loved him.

He is survived by his loving family, devoted friends, and a community who mourn his loss and celebrate his life.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at New Generations Church, 1173 Essex Ave., Columbus, Ohio. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by the service at 12:00 p.m.

Kamarcus’s life, though brief, will forever be remembered and honored by those who knew and loved him. Please continue to keep Ka'Marcus's  family lifted in prayer
