Home-going celebration 7PM Friday, June 5, 2026 at United House of Prayer,1731 Greenway Ave., Columbus, Ohio. Family will receive friends, 6PM until time of service. Interment, 10AM Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Evergreen Burial Park, 1401 Woodland Ave. Arrangements entrusted to SMOOT FUNERAL SERVICES, 4019 E Livingston Ave., Columbus, Ohio; 614-444-1463
