Pastor, John Henry Wallace III, 68, of Urbancrest, Ohio passed away, Tuesday, October 27, 2021 at his home surrounded by family and friends. He was born March 17, 1953 to the union of John and Dolly Coleman Wallace. He received his formal education through the Southwestern City School System and after graduation, joined the United States Army where he served from 1971-1976. After 32 years of service as a Computer Engineer for DSCC he retired in 2008. As stated by the Apostle Paul, “He who does not work, neither shall he eat”, well John was always well fed. He was a hard worker to the core and by grace he accepted the Lord as his personnel savior in June of 1985. So it was, in that glorious year, that John heard his Father in Heaven and answered his call to ministry, a year that changed his life immensely…along with the countless souls he affected through his caring words and prayers. For 36 years, John was the devoted Pastor & Shepherd for the Lord.
