Gladys M. Hawkins, age 61, went home to be with the Lord on May 22, 2022.  She is preceded in death by parents; Seben and Mae Frances McCoy; sisters, Olda Mae McCoy, Peggy McCoy, Morietter McCoy-Polk, Mary Taft, Betty Faye Hall, Brenda Lee Camacho; and half-brother, Raymond McCoy Sr. Left to cherish her memory; devoted husband, Wayne Hawkins; children; Otis McCoy Jr. and Rachel Renee Hawkins; grandchildren, Corey McCoy, Courlan McCoy, Princeton McCoy and Melah McCoy; sisters, Ruth Richardson, Joyce Smith, Peggy Dale McCoy and Valerie McCoy; brother, Seben McCoy; good friends Patrice Everett and Jessica Einsporn, long time friend, Doris Roddy. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Home-going Celebration 11AM Saturday, May 28, 2022, in the Chapel of SMOOT FUNERAL SERVICES, 4019 E  Livingston Ave., Columbus, Ohio.  Family will receive friends 10AM until time of service.
