Gaylord Jerome Smith was born in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Joseph and Edith Smith on October 30, 1943. He departed this life peacefully on December 23, 2025.
Celebration of Life Services will be held 12 NOON Friday, January 9, 2026 in the chapel of Smoot Funeral Services 4019 E. Livingston Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43227.
Family will receive friends from 11 AM until time of service.
