Darkus V Anderson

Darkus (Dot) V. Anderson was born January 21, 1954, in Allisonia, VA to James E. Adams and Dorothy M. Adams-Miller. She transitioned peacefully to her Heavenly Home on Wednesday May 1,
2024. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend, whose faith and love touched so many.

Darkus was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse L. Anderson, parents, Dorothy M. Adams-Miller and James E. Adams, and sisters, Jacqueline Adams and Rosa M. Revels. Darkus leaves to cherish her memory: her children, Tao Adams and Brian Anderson, sister, Constance (Robert) Gambill, of Columbus, OH, brother Calvin (Cordnette) Adams of Pulaski, VA, sister-in-law Ethelene Anderson, Columbus, OH, brother-in-law George Anderson of Youngstown, OH, grandchildren: Martez, Jovawn, Eniyah, Armani, Egypt and Ziel, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services 12PM Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church 1650 Wilson Ave.,  Columbus, Ohio.  Family will receive  friends 11AM until time of service.
