Bishop John A. Smith

The Right Reverend Bishop John A. Smith, D.D. was called home to eternal rest with the Lord on December 20, 2023, at the age of 87 with his wife, Dr. Linda C. Smith by his side. A Celebration of Life Honoring Bishop Smith will be held FRIDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2023, at Christ Centered Apostolic Church: 3494 Bexvie Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43227. The family will receive friends beginning at 4 PM and service will commence promptly at 6 PM.

 SATURDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2023. Home-Going Celebration will be held at The Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith: 1200 Brentnell Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43219. Visitation 9 AM and Service will commence promptly 9:30 AM. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens 5600 E. Broad St. Cols., OH 43213. Arrangements entrusted to SMOOT FUNERAL SERVICES 4019 E.
