Antonio Valentino Sims

 On February 14, 1988, ANTONIO VALENTINO SIMS entered into this world where he remained a beacon of God’s light and love until the day he transitioned into the Father’s hands on October 29, 2022. Antonio has spent the last 34 years of his young life smiling, loving, and, according to his family at The Heinzerling Foundation where he resided since the age of 13, being the life of the party. Antonio loved to smile, something he was not supposed to do given his disability, laugh, and listen to music, his two favorite songs were Jesus Loves Me and Happy by Pharrell.

Antonio is proceeded in death by his Maternal Great Grandparents Mary & Jimmie Skipper; Paternal Great Grandmother Arlene Sims; Maternal Uncles James Simpson and Curtis Stroud; Paternal Aunt Tamika Cox-Jackson, and other relatives. He leaves to carry on his memory, parents Tashana Sims-Campbell and Antonio Cox; Maternal Grandparents Harriet Sims and Stanford Sims (Saundra); Paternal Grandmother Paula Crudup; Brothers Cha’yil SG Hudspeth (Tashana) and Jabin Cox (Antonio); Niece Siry’ah (Cha’yil); Maternal Uncles Brian and Maurice Sims; Paternal Uncles Vince, Larry and Terry Cox; Maternal Great Aunts Lottie Skipper, Elizabeth Martin (Kennieth Sr.), Minister Georgia Skipper-Stroud; Maternal Great Uncles Edward and Jimmie Skipper, Eric Betts; maternal cousins Malika, Malik & Malicah (Brian), Britany & Isiah (Maurice); Maternal Great Cousins Shawn and Vernon Skipper, Kendrick (Robin) and Kenneth (Shireal) Martin; Paternal
cousins Paula and Alexandria Cox. And a host of other relatives.
