She is survived by her children, John Douglas, Jr, Tela Douglas, and Nafeesah Douglas; grandchildren, Leon Douglas, Nevaeh Taylor, Carl Taylor, Tyrone Douglas, Kayla Douglas, Aaliyah Douglas, Jayla Douglas, Lillian Douglas, Secret Douglas, Jamanic Douglas, Tyriq Douglas, and Karlisha Douglas; ex-husband, John Douglas, Sr; brothers, Philo Nichols and Phillip Nichols; special nieces, Sabrina Daniels and Nikki Swan; special cousin, Sharon Jones-Johnson. A host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services for Annette Douglas will be held at a later date.
